I love traveling and started photography just to document the amazing places I have been. After joining an online photo sharing site, I saw the potential for photography as an art, rather than just a documentary medium. My photography hobby was inspired by the other artists I met online and became an obsession.

When I got laid off from my job fixing computers for corporations, I saw an opportunity to take my hobby to the next level and I took it, cumulating with my degree in photography in 2014. Despite having learned many other types of photography and going to a commercial photography school, I haven't been able to shake my love for travel and landscape photography and it shows in my artwork.

Now things are sort of coming full circle as I am doing websites for art galleries though photography is still my passion.

 The 32nd Annual Spring Artfest
is in the history books.

The 32nd Annual Boulder City Art Guild Spring ArtFest was a success, drawing several thousand visitors from Boulder City and the surrounding areas over the course of the two day show.  The scholarship raffle sales raised nearly $2,000 that will be used for the guild's educational purposes in 2017-2018.  More than three dozen raffle prizes were awarded, thanks to the generosity of the guild members and artists in the ArtFest.  Thanks to all!
